Kandui Villas is heaven on earth for the entire family! We’ve travelled the world and this is the place that our kids talk about the most and always dream of coming back to. There’s no place quite like it. It’s a wonderful place to connect as a family, connect with nature and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the world. It’s honestly such a special place and we always look forward to the next time we can make it back! From the world class surf for all ages within minutes away, beautiful reefs and fish for snorkeling, the most delicious home grown meals and desserts you could ask for, the fun snack boxes on the boats, the friendly staff that will make you feel like family, nightly popcorn and coconut gatherings and pool and ping pong matches , you’ll have lots to laugh and bond over. I can’t recommend it enough!

“We have had the most amazing time out here! I can’t believe our time to leave has come so soon. Surfing everyday in warm water and spending time with your awesome staff has really been amazing.
Last night they set up a romantic dinner outside for Matt and I for our honeymoon. It was really really nice. You guys really take good care of your guests and man the food is so good!!

My Kandui experience, courtesy directly of you 3, has surpassed anything I have encountered previously. The only 'downside' is that my wife was not there to share my first Kandui moments...but we will rectify that for the future. The crew of guests was great and I thoroughly enjoyed their company as well, they were all good fun and good sports. Your staff are top shelf.

"My family and I had an unbelievable time at Kandui Villas. We knew the waves would be stellar but we did not anticipate how beautiful the villas and their setting would be. It is a magical place. My family agrees that it was hands down the best vacation we’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly attentive to our needs.
You guys made great calls on when and where to surf (our session at Bank Vaults was especially memorable; surfing the place with swell, just five of us out, and your guidance and where to sit and when to go was incredible). I was thrilled that despite the ever present reef there were waves my daughters could ride and enjoy.
A huge unexpected bonus was the camaraderie that Kandui Villas built among the guests. It may sound like a cliché but we felt like we were part of a family while there. For my wife, being able to hang out with such a great group of non-surfers during the day helped make the trip.

I'm really glad to be back home after 18 magic days of surfing and friendship. Those days at Villas were a lifetime experience and for sure they will be on my thoughts for a long time pushing me forward.

This has been a trip of a lifetime for our family. You have a special slice of magical paradise here.
From the grounds to the exceptional staff, we feel so incredibly lucky to have been able to experience this. Everyone has made our stay special — the kitchen staff, the photographers, the boat + dingy drivers and the surf guides - all seriously incredible - we have been blown away.
We have made new friends with people from around the world, for which you cannot put a price tag on.
It is going to be very hard to leave tomorrow, however we are already trying to figure out how to come back next year.

“I had my first trip to Kandui Villas in June 2024. Took my 15 year old daughter Chloe to get epic surf. The staff was very accommodating and the manager, Jordan, was there for everyone in anything we needed.
The food was next level Farm to Table, they grow everything on the island. We ate like kings and queens and could ask for seconds even thirds. Steaks, Fresh caught local fish, shrimp BBQ. Waves in the Mentawai islands is always fun to pumping. Waves everyday, gym, yoga space, pool table, ping pong. They are taking pictures and videos every session and show them in the afternoon sunset hour. Nice accommodations with AC and guest services are epic. 1st class place and ran well with heart and thought as they truely care about your stay. Now go get Barreled!

“Kandui Villas is my wife's and I's favorite place to go. Why? Because the staff is incredibly nice and inviting. The surf guides are incredible as they know exactly where the surf will be good. Speaking of the surf, Kandui which is one of the best waves in the world is such a fun place where you can get incredibly barreled and you'll have all of your waves filmed and shown at the bar at night where everyone comes together to watch the waves that were caught during that day. My wife really likes the more friendly wave called Bikinis which is a flawless left hander perfect for beginners. I will join her occasionally as long as nowhere else is pumping. The food is incredible. The way they cook the Mahi is so good. Also the sashimi here is so fresh. My favorite part of Kandui Villas is that it has a family environment. No parties, everyone is really respectful and its very calming. Also they have an organic garden which we get much of our veggies from which is just icing on the cake. I have zero complaints about this place. Its truly an addicting place because you'll never want to leave. My first time I came here I booked for 1 month and ended up staying 6 months during the scamdemic. Thats how much we really enjoy it here.

“Kandui Villas is truly a surfers Disneyland. The area around the resort will keep everyone happy with waves that feature barrels, air sections, turn sections, and even beginner to intermediate waves. The island itself is beautiful and Jordan and his team go out of their way to treat you like family. I have been fortunate to surf around the world and I’ve never seen a place that is family friendly and can still challenge surfers of all levels like Kandui Villas. I feel like my surfing improves every time I go there. I’ve been numerous times and I plan on returning every chance I get. It’s my favorite place on earth!
